Support
Help comes from the community, from the Enterprise package, or from the issue tracker for a bug. The panel lists the same places on its Support page, at the foot of the sidebar.

Ask the community
Section titled “Ask the community”The community forum is free. People who run WPL7 and its maintainers answer questions, share fixes and setups, and discuss what WPL7 should do next. Open community forum on the Support page goes there. Questions and ideas are also welcome in GitHub Discussions.
Get the Enterprise package
Section titled “Get the Enterprise package”The Enterprise package is paid support for agencies and businesses that run WPL7 in production:
- Hotfixes for your installation, without waiting for the next release.
- Priority email support.
- A dedicated engineer who investigates and helps in an emergency.
Explore Enterprise on the Support page opens its page.
Report a bug
Section titled “Report a bug”Open an issue at github.com/andyfo/wpl7/issues with the “Bug report” form. It asks for:
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The version, shown in the panel’s header, which opens About, and on Settings → Updates.
- Relevant output:
docker logs --tail 100 wpl7-panel, the failing job’s log, or the output of the script that failed. - Whether the install pulls its panel or builds it from a checkout, as
WPL7_SOURCEindeploy/.envsays.
Remove passwords, API keys and customer domains from logs before you paste them. To suggest a feature, use the “Feature or change” form and describe the problem rather than the solution.
Report a security problem
Section titled “Report a security problem”Do not open a public issue. Report it privately through
GitHub’s vulnerability reporting.
If GitHub is not an option, email the address in the repository owner’s GitHub profile with
WPL7 SECURITY in the subject.
WPL7 has one maintainer, so expect an acknowledgement within a few days. A report that puts other people’s servers at risk goes first. The security policy says what is in scope and what is deliberate, such as the panel being root-equivalent on its own host. Read it in SECURITY.md.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- Only the newest release gets fixes. There is no backporting while WPL7 is at 0.x.
- The bug and security links on the Support page follow
WPL7_REPO, so an install from a fork sends its people to the fork’s repository.
