The Sites list
Sites → All sites lists every site on every server, with its state, its PHP version and its traffic. A row opens the site’s page, whose tabs hold everything about that site.

Read the list
Section titled “Read the list”| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Site | The title, and the site’s address, which opens in a new tab. |
| Status | One badge for the site’s state, explained below. |
| Mode | dev while the site is on its dev domain, live once it has gone live. |
| Server | Where the site runs. Shown when there is more than one server. |
| PHP | The site’s PHP version. |
| Updates | Plugin, theme and WordPress updates the last scan found, with the worst known vulnerability. A dash means not scanned yet. |
| Visitors | Unique visitors in the last 24 hours. Hover for page views. |
| Disk | The space the site uses. |
| Created | How long ago the site was created. |
With more than one server, a menu at the top shows the sites of one server only. Choose a row to open the site, or Cmd-click or Ctrl-click it to open the site in a new tab.
Status and health
Section titled “Status and health”Two readings decide the Status badge. The panel records what the last job left the site as, such as running or stopped. An uptime check also requests the site through Traefik, every minute by default. A page, a redirect, a 401 or a 403 counts as an answer. Nothing, a 404 or a server error counts as down.
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Online | Started, and the last check got an answer. |
| Checking | Started, and no check has finished since the panel started. |
| Offline | Started, but not serving: the check failed, or the container exited or never ran. |
| No container | The panel expects the site to run, and Docker has no container for it. |
| Stopped | Stopped on purpose. |
| Unknown | The site’s server could not be reached, so nothing shown is current. |
| Creating, Deleting | A job is creating or removing the site. |
| Error | A job failed and left the site half-changed. |
The list only knows the check. The site page also asks Docker about the container, so only it shows No container and Unknown.
For a bad state, the site page shows a red banner with the cause and the button that repairs it. Start is for a container that exited or never ran, and Restart for one that runs but fails. Recreate container is for a 404, a missing container or an Error. Files and the database stay as they are.
The site page
Section titled “The site page”The page’s header shows the site’s title, its badges and its address. The tabs:
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Overview | Start, Stop, Restart, Recreate container, Log in to WordPress and Go live →. Below them, the site’s facts and its last 24 hours of response time, CPU and memory. |
| Visitors | Visitor statistics. |
| Backups | The site’s backups, and whether it is in the scheduled ones. See How backups work. |
| WordPress | Updates, plugins, themes, maintenance mode and WP-CLI. See Manage WordPress. |
| Files | The site’s files in the browser. |
| FTP | FTP and SFTP logins for the site. |
| Security | The site’s protection, its malware scans and the requests it blocked. See Site protection. |
| Settings | PHP version, domains and deleting the site. See Site settings. |
On a fleet, Overview also offers Move server. Banners appear there when the site’s outgoing mail is suspended, with Resume mail, and after a move, with Finalize now.
Limits
Section titled “Limits”- The list has no search and no selection. To change many sites at once, use Bulk management.
- The uptime check asks for one page. A site that answers it can still be broken elsewhere.
- Mode only says whether the site went live. It does not check that the domain’s DNS still points at the server.
