Community guidelines
A few simple rules that keep the WPL7 community useful and friendly.
Be kind
Treat everyone with respect. Assume good intent, criticise ideas rather than people, and remember that many members are new to running their own servers.
Stay on topic
Post in the forum that fits: WPL7 Help for installing and running WPL7, WPL7 Ideas for feature ideas, and General WordPress for everything else about WordPress. Search first – your question may already have an answer.
No spam or ads
Don’t post advertising, affiliate links or unrelated promotion. Mentioning your own project is fine when it genuinely answers the question.
Keep private data out of posts
Everything you post is public. Never post passwords, API keys, private keys, tokens or database credentials, and don’t share personal data – yours or anyone else’s. Replace them with placeholders before you paste logs or configuration.
Moderation
We may edit or remove posts that break these guidelines, close topics, and suspend or close accounts. If you see a problem, email [email protected].
The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy also apply.
